ASCE Open

Associate editor Prof. Eleni Chatzi helped launch this new Gold Open Access journal that promotes transdisciplinary and convergence research. “We are excited to add a fully Open Access journal to our portfolio to expand the access and publication options available to our authors and readers,” says Dana Compton, Publisher, ASCE Publications. “ASCE OPEN will offer engineers a publication outlet where topics that cross traditional sub-discipline boundaries and expand beyond civil engineering, such as social, climate and actuarial sciences, can be fully addressed across disciplines and have a global reach.

While submitted papers covering all civil engineering topics will be considered, the Editorial Board encourages content that focuses on the future of the built environment specifically related to emerging technologies that support sustainable infrastructure.
