Aerosense for blade monitoring

now added to the RTDT Laboratories arsenal

✨ A great example of transfer from research into practice. RTDT Laboratories AG, led by Dr. Imad Abdallah, who is further a member of the Chair of Structural Mechanics and Monitoring at ETH Zurich, will be putting the Aerosense technology into monitoring practice for wind energy assets.

The Aerosense system has been developed as part of an SNSF Swiss National Science Foundation Bridge grant; a collaborative project led by our partners at OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule (Sarah Barber and Julien Deparday), in collaboration with the Center for Project-Based Learning D-ITET (Michele Magno, Tommaso Polonelli) and our Chair of Structural Mechanics and Monitoring at ETH Zurich.
