- David Garcia-Sanchez, Head of Structural Engineering and Fluid-Structure Interaction at the external page Tecnalia research center in the Spanish Basque Country. David's secondment as collaborator in the European Marie Curie Project external page ReCharged lasts until December
- Honbing Shang, visiting PhD student from the Xi'an Jiaotong University in China for one year
- Two project students: Till Pitzke visiting from RWTH Aachen University and Iasonas Soukas from the University of Patras in Greece
- Odysseas Kyparissis, currently masters' student at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Spain, who interns with the affiliated RTDT start-up venture, mentored by Dr. Konstantinos Tatsis until the end of January
- and external page Theodoros Varouxis, a visiting PhD student from the University College of Dublin, who will arrive in early October and stay until December
